1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.

3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders within the USA.

4. What is your order cut-off time?
Orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT+01:00) CET will be processed the same day within the handling window.

5. Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

6. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at support@vivaldiboutique.com. If your order has shipped, please use our return process.

7. What is your return policy?

  • Return Window: 30 days from delivery date

  • Condition: Must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging

  • Return Shipping: Customer is responsible

8. How do I initiate a return?
Email support@vivaldiboutique.com with the subject “Return Request,” include your order number and reason. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and (if applicable) a return shipping label.

No, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

10. Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Yes: customized or personalized products, used items, and items returned after 30 days.

11. What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
Contact support@vivaldiboutique.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll offer a replacement or refund.

12. How long does it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection, to the original payment method used at checkout.
